Commercial Property/Banking

We are looking for talented lawyers at both senior and junior associate level for our Commercial Property and Banking Teams. Canditates will have a range of experience in commercial property and banking law matters including extensive experience in security issues. The positions will be based in both our Cork and Galway offices.

The Commercial Property/Banking Department comprises of 8 lawyers and carries out a wide range of commercial property and banking work for both banking and developer clients.

Corporate Recovery/Insolvency

If you are a lawyer with experience in insolvency matters, you could be the person we are looking for to join our dedicated Corporate Recovery/Insolvency Team. Canditates with experience in insolvency litigation are particularly sought. This position is based in our Cork office.

The Corporate Recovery/Insolvency Department comprises a team of six lawyers and carries out a wide range of insolvency work for banks and other large scale clients.

Commercial

We are looking for a lawyer to join our Corporate Commercial Team. Canditates will have commercial law advisory and transactional experience. The position is based in our Cork office.

The Corporate/Commercial Department comprises a team of eight lawyers and carries out a wide range of corporate law work for a range of clients.

Canditates will have to work closely with others in the teams and firm wide in delivery of legal services to RDJ Clients.
