2009 has been a year with exciting new developments in both Employment and Equality Law. Alice Crowley will focus, in the first session, on a number of developments in case law before various Courts and Tribunals, both at National and European levels, which deserve mention. The session will also examine expected legal developments in 2010 of which employers will need to be aware.

Jennifer O’Sullivan will give a focus session on this topical issue which will deal with the legal background and risks, practical tips for limiting an employer’s exposure, maximising the effectiveness of your Disciplinary Procedure, performance management during probationary periods and a discussion of recent case law of interest in the area.
