RDJ acts for Populis on €8m acquisition of Mokono

Europe’s leading digital media company, Populis, today announced its acquisition of Mokono, Germany’s largest blog network. 
 
Corporate partners Adrian Wall and Diarmaid Gavin, and Tax partner John Cuddigan advised Populis in relation to the Irish legal and tax aspects of the acquisition.
