Ronan Daly Jermyn acted for the management sellers of Slane based engineering company, Geith International, which was sold this week to Ingersoll Rand, a NYSE listed corporate. Geith is a world leader in the manufacture of attachments for construction equipment and employs 290 people between its facilities in Ireland, the UK and the US. Geith was owned by management and Bank of Scotland. Adrian Wall , Commercial Partner, headed up the RDJ team, which included Jennifer Maher and Ashling Walsh along with tax input from John Cuddigan.
