The Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre , Cork has been bought by the Dalata Hotel Group for a record breaking price of €35.1 million. Ronan Daly Jermyn banking and finance partner, Tom Fox served as lead counsel for the Vendors Kilquane Limited and The Clarion Consortium. The sale of the city-centre comprises an investment sale only (existing tenant not affected) and it will continue to be operated by Choice Hotels Ireland under the Clarion brand.

The Clarion opened in 2005 on the City’s waterfront at Lapps Quay. The four star hotel has 191 rooms and is located in the City’s central business district.
