Aoife is a Senior Associate in our Healthcare Team with specialist experience in acting for medical professionals, institutions and their indemnifiers in Ireland.
Aoife has extensive experience in advising healthcare professionals in both public and private Hospitals in the defence of medical claims in the Irish Courts. Aoife also advises healthcare professionals and hospitals at coroner’s inquests. She has negotiated settlements with and without counsel and has also experience in mediation.
Aoife also practises in the Cyber and Data Protection Department. Aoife also advises both private and public organisations in relation to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.
