Julie-Anne is a Senior Associate, practising as part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, specialising in insurance defence work and personal injury cases. She has acted for plaintiffs and defendants at District, Circuit, and High Court levels representing insurance companies and self-insured entities.

Julie-Anne has practical experience in all aspects of the litigation process in areas including personal injury, bullying and harassment/stress, employer’s liability, public liability, contract and debt recovery claims, employer’s liability, road traffic actions, defamation, property damage and material damage. She also has experience in advising in relation to suspected fraudulent claims.
