Senior Associate, Cork Office
Sarah is a Senior Associate, practising as part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team. She has a wealth of experience in general practice and particularly defence litigation. Sarah acts for a broad range of clients including public bodies, insurance companies, local authorities, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, multinational companies and private companies as well as a wide range of private clients. Sarah has a proven ability to communicate well with clients in proactively progressing cases to conclusion.
Over the last number of years Sarah has practiced extensively in the area of litigation in the firms general and dispute resolution department specialising in insurance defence work. Sarah advises on a range of contentious matters including personal injury, motor/road traffic, property damage, employers’ liability and public liability claims and has experience in all aspects of litigation procedure. She has a particular interest and experience in dealing with fraudulent and exaggerated claims and has successfully defended a number of cases for Insurance clients.
