The case of Opuz v Turkey Application No. 33401/02 was heard by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg in October 2008. The case was heard in public and INTERIGHTS appeared as a third party. The Judgment in this landmark case is awaited with huge interest.  To read more click here.
