We handle disputes coming before the Courts at all levels; from the District Court to the Supreme Court, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. We also have extensive experience in the recently-established Commercial Court (the division of the High Court which fast tracks substantial commercial disputes).

We act for major property developers in oral hearings before An Bord Pleanala (Irish Planning Appeals Board) and Compulsory Purchase Order Tribunals, planning injunctions and judicial review.
We act for most of the Irish insurers writing professional negligence business as well as many of those in England and the US. We also act for the Clinical Indemnity Scheme (a division of the State Claims Agency for whom we also act) in Ireland which manages medical claims against state owned and state sponsored hospitals on an enterprise liability basis.
Our team handles cases relating to the defence of claims arising out of accidents and medical negligence cases on behalf of several leading insurance companies and for self-insuring multinationals and public bodies.
