  • Advised the developer on the drafting of the Engineering Procurement Contract (“EPC”) based on an amended form of FIDIC for the design supply and installation of wind turbines, civil and electrical works, performance security documents, collateral agreements and operation and maintenance contract.
  • Advised on hospital projects involving preparing and negotiating the construction contracts and the design team appointments, performance security documents and collateral agreements.
