Workplace absences are prevalent in today’s workplace and comes at a significant cost to many Irish businesses. Managing short-term and long-term absences requires effective communication and implementation of company policies and procedures. It also should consider preventative measures such as employee wellness programs that can improve employee morale and wellbeing and have a positive effect on employee absence levels.

RDJ, in association with Laya Healthcare, are delighted to invite you to an employment seminar at Hayfield Manor where we will discuss best practices for managing absenteeism in the workplace and the positive impact wellness programs can have in addressing employee engagement.

Areas covered will include:

  • Absenteeism in the workplace – legal considerations and case studies
  • Prevention, early intervention and best practice – an integrated approach to employee health and wellness
  • Health and Wellbeing – a strategic approach
