Prof. Dr Nael Bunni 
Chartered Engineer, Chartered Arbitrator, Conciliator/Mediator and Visiting Professor in Construction Law and Contract Administration, Trinity College Dublin.
Prof. Dr. Bunni is currently a member of: the Commission on International Arbitration of ICC and is involved in many of its Standing Committees; Board of Trustees of Dubai International Arbitration Centre and Chairman of its Executive Committee; and the FIDIC Contracts Committee.  He is also Chairman of Engineers Ireland Dispute Resolution Panel.  Often appointed under ICC Rules of Arbitration; LCIA Arbitration Rules; UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules; or the Rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration.
Prof. Dr. Bunni is Past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators; Past President of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland. Past Member of the LCIA Board of Directors. He has gained unique perspective of international dispute resolution in construction through appointments involving parties from over fifty jurisdiction.


Denise KennedyConstruction Consultant, RDJ
RDJ Construction Consultant, Denise Kennedy is a chartered engineer with over 22 years’ experience working in the Irish Construction Industry. She has been Project Director and lead Technical Advisor on numerous Design Build and PPP Projects, playing a key role in the delivery of Technical Advisory services to her clients. Denise has also acted as Project Director and design lead on numerous employer designed projects in the residential, educational, healthcare, industrial, civic and commercial sectors. She holds an LLM in Construction Law, Arbitration and Adjudication. At RDJ she combines her technical expertise and experience of the construction industry with her knowledge of contract law to deliver client focused solutions to construction disputes. Denise has been appointed as the Independent Construction Monitor on the Printing House Square Project at TCD, where assisting with dispute avoidance is a key role. Denise is also a guest lecturer in construction law at NUI Galway on the undergraduate Civil Engineering and Construction Management degree courses

Dermot Flanagan S.C 
Dermot Flanagan, S.C has been in practice as a Barrister since 1987 and was appointed Senior Counsel in 2000. Mr Flanagan is a qualified and practising mediator and arbitrator. As Counsel, he specializes in environmental, compulsory acquisition, planning and infrastructure law. He has very significant experience acting for public authorities in infrastructure projects including roads, waste, ports, water; rail; airport; and Strategic Development Zones.

John Lyden, Construction contract consultant
John Lyden is an expert on resolving disputes concerning construction contracts - arbitrator, adjudicator, conciliator, mediator, chartered quantity surveyor. He is very familiar with construction contracts and construction law.

John Trainor S.C 
John Trainor is a Senior Counsel practising at the Irish Bar. He specializes in the fields of commercial law, construction law, non - jury and chancery actions, and in arbitrations, particularly in the field of construction law. He is also qualified as an Arbitrator and Mediator. 

Billy Morrissey, Chartered Project Engineer & Contracts Specialist, Project ADR
Billy, lead consultant with Project ADR is dual qualified as a Chartered Civil Engineer and an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a board member and Fellow of the Irish Branch, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and on its panel of Adjudicators and Arbitrators. With over four decades of experience on all sides of the divide in general construction, residential development and heavy civil engineering works he now specialises in project delivery / recovery and risk analysis and project / commercial dispute resolution and he regularly acts as Conciliator ( EI panel member) , Standing Conciliator, Mediator and Neutral Assessor or party advocate in all types construction contract disputes. He also specialises in large infrastructure project public consultation.
