Our regulatory healthcare team provide practical, solution-focused legal advice backed by an in depth understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment in Ireland and the changes that are already underway and likely to take place in the future.
The current Program for Government (June 2020) presents this government’s vision for reform and renewal setting out transformative steps that have the potential to deliver radical change and help Ireland recover. Healthcare reform is identified as a specific priority with a focus on protecting public health and patient welfare.
Reform is expected to be delivered through the accelerated implementation of the Sláintecare Plan, deployment of new technologies, tele-health and the development of innovative ways to support vulnerable groups as well as new pathways of care.
At RDJ we are committed to supporting our clients, in both the public and private sector, as they play their part in the delivery of healthcare reform.
