A message from RDJ Managing Partner Richard Martin

In what has been one of the greatest shocks to our society and economy in recent times, COVID-19 is presenting a myriad of unprecedented challenges to businesses and their employees. RDJ is committed to helping our clients navigate and manage the effects of the pandemic on their businesses in what can only be described as a dynamic situation.

While our offices are physically closed in line with Government direction, our team are all working remotely thanks to significant developments in technology at RDJ, particularly around information security.

We are, and will continue to be, open for business and we will do everything that we can to support you through these challenging times. Our team is actively providing guidance on a wide range of coronavirus-related issues, including employment, real estate, business supports, contract disputes and restructuring matters. I encourage you to visit our Covid-19 Resource Centre to learn more.

Our approach to this extraordinary situation is informed by the HSE and Government and we will continue to rigidly follow their advices. The health and safety of our people remains a priority.

Please do not hesitate to contact your relationship Partner or me, if you have any questions about your own preparedness or require legal advice on any COVID-19 related issues.

In the meantime, most importantly, look after yourself and your family.
