RDJ advises Goethe-Institut Irland on extensive redevelopment project

RDJ advised on the construction contract for the extensive redevelopment project at 37 Merrion Square, Dublin. The project involved extensive renovation and remodelling of the Samuel Sproule-designed 1787 house, and the building of a new 1,100sq m (11,840.3sq ft) mews behind it.
