RDJ advises iNua on the acquisition of its 8th hotel
RDJ advised iNua Hospitality in relation to its acquisition of the Tullamore Court Hotel. The four-star hotel will become the 8th hotel in iNua’s portfolio.
The purchase means iNua will own and operate eight hotels around Ireland, including the Muckross Park Hotel Killarney, Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel, Hillgrove Hotel Monaghan and the Radisson hotels in Cork, Limerick, Athlone and Sligo. With the addition of the Tullamore Court Hotel, the Irish hotel group will have 900 hotel rooms and more than 1,200 employees.
The RDJ deal team included Property Partner John Dwyer, Tax Partner John Cuddigan and Corporate Partner Sean O’Reilly.
