RDJ expands Banking and Finance Practice with new Partner appointment

RDJ is pleased to announce that Brian Quinn has joined as a partner in the firm, further strengthening its Banking and Finance practice in Dublin.

RDJ is pleased to announce that Brian Quinn has joined as a partner in the firm, further strengthening its Banking and Finance practice in Dublin.

Brian has almost a decade of experience advising Irish and international financial institutions and borrowers in relation to a large range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions.

Having previously worked at another top tier law firm, he has worked with clients on matters ranging from leveraged acquisition finance to development finance, debt restructuring, senior and mezzanine financing and capital markets transactions. Brian also spent a number of years working in the leveraged finance team of the London office of a leading US law firm.

RDJ Managing Partner, Richard Martin said the office and the practice both “continue to grow even amidst the current challenges of a global pandemic”. He added, “We are delighted to welcome Brian to the firm. An experienced finance lawyer with strong industry knowledge, he will add considerable depth to RDJ’s existing banking and finance practice.”
