Ronan Daly Jermyn represents Client Solutions in management buyout from US multinational Tech Data

Ronan Daly Jermyn advised the original management of Irish IT business Client Solutions in a management buyout from US multinational Tech Data. The company, which was acquired by Tech Data in 2017, as part of a larger transaction, currently has a team of over 150 consultants. They have offices in Cork, Dublin, Barcelona and Wroclaw.

Established by Shemas Eivers and Teddy McCarthy in 1994, Client Solutions delivers software solutions and services for companies across a broad range of industries, such as telecom, utilities, finance, healthcare, retail and manufacturing.

As part of the deal, fellow Irish software business PFH Technology Group has taken a minority stake.

Ronan Daly Jermyn’s deal team was led by partners Gillian Keating, Brendan Cunningham and John Cuddigan.
