Caitríona Harte

Caitríona is an Associate practising in the firm’s Real Estate team. She advises on a broad range of domestic and international clients from the private, not-for-profit and public sectors in large and complex commercial and residential property transactions. Caitríona practice focuses on advising institutional investors and developers.
She has particular experience in the negotiation of commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants, in relation to office, industrial, hospitality and retail premises. Caitríona has extensive transactional experience in the acquisition, disposal, development and asset management re-structuring of asset and loan portfolios.
Caitríona also regularly advises on the property aspects of finance and corporate transactions.
