David Larkin

David is a Senior Associate on the Real Estate team. He advises on property finance, development finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructures, portfolio loan sales, workouts, insolvency and enforcements. David also specialises in property, advising on acquisition and disposal, leasing and development of residential, commercial and retail property.
David has the responsibility for managing large-scale due diligence projects and loan sale transactions, delivering appropriate legal advices within challenging timeframes.
David previously worked in-house in the National Asset Management Agency where he advised on a wide range of areas including property finance, development finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructures, portfolio loan sales, workouts, insolvency and enforcements.
