David Rodgers

David is a Solicitor in the firm’s Tax Department. He has a broad range of experience advising on both legal and tax matters with a focus on corporate restructurings, transfers of business and succession planning. David has a particular interest in shareholder exit strategies and tax disputes.
David has acted for a variety of national and international clients including resident and non-resident individuals, corporates and charitable organisations.
He is currently undertaking the Chartered Tax Advisor qualification through the Irish Tax Institute.
