Elizabeth McSweeney

Elizabeth is an Associate, practising as part of the firms Dispute Resolution team. She advises on insurance defence work and personal injuries claims. Elizabeth has significant experience in all aspects of litigation procedure in all Court jurisdictions and advises on a wide range of contentious matters including personal injury, road traffic, defamation and bullying and harassment claims.
Prior to joining the RDJ, Elizabeth worked with the Injuries Board for a number of years as a Claims Outcome Advisor gaining valuable experience in the management, assessment and review of claims and awards.
