Fernanda Pfeiffer Camera
Fernanda is a member of the Corporate and Commercial team and has experience in counselling clients on commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
On contractual matters, Fernanda has expertise in consulting, negotiating, drafting and managing commercial contracts for national and international clients across multiple industries. Additionally, she has experience in advising on corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisition, as well as negotiating share purchase and shareholders agreements. She has also been engaged on due diligences matters, including for initial public offering.
Prior to joining RDJ, Fernanda was an associate at a Brazilian corporate and commercial law firm, providing advice to European companies seeking to incorporate in Brazil. She has also acted as in-house counsel for a telecom company.
