    Clare is a Partner in the firm's Tax Practice. She was previously a Partner with J.M. Burke Solicitors which merged with Ronan Daly Jermyn in April 2016 where she worked for over 10 years. Clare has experience in advising clients on all areas of Revenue audits and investigations and tax litigation including Appeal Commissioner hearings, District, Circuit, High Court tax cases and also in negotiating settlements with Revenue. She also advises on succession and estate planning for families and individuals.

    Clare has contributed articles to the Irish Tax Review, Accountancy Ireland and other publications and lectures for the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners. She is co-author of the second edition of the Irish Taxation Institute’s “Revenue Audits and Investigations.” She is also currently co-authoring a new edition of the publication “Revenue Investigations and Enforcement”, published by Bloomsbury Professional, which is the only publication of its type in Ireland.
