    Based in the Dublin office, David joined Ronan Daly Jermyn having previously worked in-house in the National Asset Management Agency where he advised on a wide range of areas including property finance, development finance, bilateral and syndicated loans, debt restructures, portfolio loan sales, workouts, insolvency and enforcements. He was also in-house counsel within the Ulster Bank Ireland Global Restructuring Group. 

    In those capacities David has responsibility for managing large-scale due diligence projects and loan sale transactions, delivering appropriate legal advices within challenging timeframes.

    David also specialises in property, advising on acquisition and disposal, leasing and development of residential, commercial and retail property.
