• Eoghan Doolan



    Eoghan is a member of the firm's Corporate and Commercial group and regularly advises clients on company and commercial law matters across a number of industry sectors.

    He has acted for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions on both a national and international scale involving corporate restructurings and refinancings, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Eoghan also provides commercially focused advice on more general matters affecting companies and businesses including corporate governance and compliance, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.

    Eoghan is also experienced in advising clients on their obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation.

    Prior to joining Ronan Daly Jermyn, Eoghan spent a number of years working in law firms in Cork, Dublin and London as well as in-house with a large asset services company.
