    Lorna has extensive experience in the area of banking law. She acts for both major financial institutions and borrowers in relation to commercial lending. Lorna also advises several of the banks in relation to security and title reviews, the restructuring of loan facilities and security, and various security enforcement options, including the sale of properties by receivers and by banks as mortgagee in possession. She also advises receivers and acts on behalf of receivers in the sale of properties.

    She advises on all aspects of commercial property including the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, the development and establishment of residential, commercial and mixed schemes of development. She also advises on all landlord and tenant matters including drafting, negotiation and review of agreements for lease and commercial leases for retail, industrial and office properties on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
