  • Neil Nolan



    Neil is a solicitor in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department and advises clients on a range of corporate and company law matters including mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, and commercial contracts.

    He has experience advising clients on various aspects of company law, commercial and equity fundraising matters and advising private equity clients investing in start-up and emerging companies. Neil also has experience acting for vendors in both share sales and business asset sales of companies across various sectors. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience while working in-house in the legal department of a large Irish multi-national company.

    Neil was chosen to represent the Law Society of Ireland at the 2017 Brown-Mosten International Client Consultation Competition where he and his team-mate Conor Cawley were declared the overall winners of the competition. Neil has since returned to the competition as a judge.

    Neil completed his traineeship with Ronan Daly Jermyn and joined the firm as a solicitor in December 2018.
