    Experience

    Rhoda is an associate solicitor in the firm and practises in the areas of planning and environment, public procurement and construction. On a day to day basis, she advises a broad range of clients, primarily drawn from the public sector and large scale industry, spanning areas such as the pharma, agricultural and education sectors.

    Rhoda’s practice is multi-faceted. She advises on the practical aspects and obligations facing clients under both EU and national law in areas such as environmental licensing, planning procedures and procurement matters. She takes a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Rhoda has considerable experience drafting and negotiating agreements ranging from the full suite of procurement documents to bespoke construction contracts where she is familiar with all principal forms including FIDIC, RIAI, NEC and government public works.

    She regularly contributes to industry journals and spent time in the Environment Directorate General of the European Commission advising on the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy. Prior to joining Ronan Daly Jermyn, Rhoda worked in the media and communications sector.
