    Tina is an associate solicitor in our Commercial Litigation Department. She has specialist expertise in the media sector with a focus on representing TMT insurers, prominent print, broadcasting and online media clients, financial institutions and corporates in respect of contentious media disputes, regulatory matters and reputation management.

    Tina’s work includes advising in respect of high profile defamation, privacy, contempt of court, intellectual property, cyber and technology litigation.  Tina also provides pre-publication and risk management advice to media publishers, and advises on the management of online content, the application of the e-commerce Directive, social media notice and takedown procedures, multiple and multi-jurisdictional publication, data protection, and the merits of seeking injunctive relief.

    Tina is also experienced across other aspects of commercial litigation and represents insurers, financial institutions, corporate and private clients in respect of insurance, financial services, property, commercial and contractual disputes. In addition, Tina has advised the world’s largest indemnifier of medical and dental professionals in respect of complex medical negligence litigation, professional regulation and non-contentious advisory matters.

    Prior to joining RDJ, Tina was an associate solicitor in the commercial litigation department of a leading Dublin firm, and was seconded to an in-house role with a major international print media client in 2012.

    Tina has a particular interest in legal reform having worked with the Law Reform Commission prior to qualification as a solicitor.  Tina regularly publishes articles on developments in media law and frequently speaks to corporate boards, sectoral clients and in-house counsel on reputation management issues.
