Karina is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Property and Real Estate Group. She advises on all areas of property law including the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial property. Karina also advises lending institutions on the taking of real property as security and advises on real property related due diligence in respect of company acquisitions.
Karina has acted for companies, lending institutions and individuals in a wide range of transactions including the sale, purchase and leasing of office and retail developments, hotels, manufacturing and other industrial facilities, commercial units and residential properties.
Karina qualified and worked as a tax consultant before joining RDJ.
