Mark is a Solicitor, practising as part of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team. He acts for clients on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, venture capital transactions and various shareholder matters.
Mark regularly advises clients on company and commercial law matters across a number of industry sectors. He has a particular specialisation and interest in fintech, with the knowledge and experience to help clients at all stages of growth to maximise their potential through focused, practical, expedient and commercially-focused advice in the manner that they seek. He also provides commercially focused advice on more general matters affecting companies and businesses including corporate governance and compliance, commercial contracts and general company law matters.
