Therese is a Solicitor, practising as part of our Banking and Finance team. She practices across a range of commercial lending transactions including real estate finance, development finance and acquisition finance. Therese has experience in advising banks, alternative lenders and finance providers and corporate borrower clients.
Her experience includes drafting and negotiating security documents, corporate approval documentation, and managing the conditions precedent process on behalf of corporate borrowers and lenders in both transactions in Ireland and multi-jurisdictional financing transactions.
