ROLE: Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive provides direct support in the execution of a wide variety of marketing and business development initiatives, including marketing communications, content administration, events and internal communications. Responsibilities include providing a range of support including, but not limited to:

  • Proactively plan, develop & manage the content of the website. Drive performance improvement of the website through SEO and content optimisation
  • Manage, build and maintain firm social media presence
  • Design, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns; assist in the development, production and analytics of client alerts, newsletters and blogs.
  • Work with business development to develop digital campaign strategies to market the firm across owned and third-party channels
  • Organise and coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events, including client presentations, seminars and other events related to the promotion of the practices
  • Create presentation decks for leadership to present at industry conferences
  • Serve as a CRM super user, supporting various projects and on-going tasks such as developing practice, industry and event mailing lists
  • Plan, write and post engaging content to the Firm’s intranet sites and internal newsletters to keep employees informed of firm news and updates
  • Handle other duties as assigned


  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics tools, such as Google analytics to measure results, optimise campaigns and reporting
  • Experience, ideally in a professional services organisation, focusing on brand marketing across digital channels leveraging thought leadership and email marketing
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to take ownership of numerous assigned tasks and prioritize work effort.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Dynamic and creative person
  • Self-starter with ability to work on own initiative and keep abreast of digital marketing trends and advances.

The role is ideally suited to a marketing professional with three or more years of experience who is ready for a position with potential for growth. Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
