  • RDJ advised Marlet Property Group on the acquisition of the former Apollo House office block in Dublin city centre. The site comes with planning permission for a 10-storey over-basement office building.

  • RDJ is advising Future Generation on its acquisiton of the former Coca Cola bottling plant in Cork. The firm plans to create a 600-bed student accommodation scheme.

  • RDJ advised Glenveagh Properties (“Glenveagh” or the “Group”) on the acquisition of a 113 hectare site at Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15 that could see 1,250 residential units built.

  • Advised Avoncourt Packaging Limited in relation to the acquisition of warehouse at Ballycurreen, Airport Road, Cork from Casey Furniture.

  • Advised O’Callaghan Properties in relation to a joint venture arrangement in relation to the proposed development of Blocks at Navigation Square, Albert Quay, Cork.

  • Advised John Cleary Developments (JCD) in the sale of the Capitol building to REAL I.S. AG, one of Germany's leading providers of property investments for private and institutional investors.

  • Due diligence and advice on portfolio loan transactions including Project Evergreen (advising KPMG as special liquidator), Project Parasol (advising Lloyds Bank)and Project Tower (advising Blackstone on property issues).
  • Acted on behalf of NAMA in relation to the development finance to a Qualifying Investor Fund (QIF) to develop the European Headquarters for a major US internet business in the Dublin Docklands.
  • Acting for AIB in the sale of a portfolio of branch properties located throughout the Munster region.
  • Instructed by Deloitte and Duff and Phelps in the disposal of several regional shopping centres (Project Harvest).
  • Advising a number of multi national inward investing companies on their property requirements. Clients include Huawei Electronics and Eli Lilly.
  • Advised in the sale of landmark Dublin office buildings (Project Platinum) to Google and Blackstone.
  • Advised on a number of significant hotel transactions – these include Castlemartyr Resort, Parknasilla Hotel, Doonbeg Resort and Fota Island Resort.
  • Acting for developer clients on site acquisitions and subsequent development schemes in commercial and residential developments.
  • Advised in the sale of the four star Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre, Cork to the Dalata Hotel Group.
  • Advised iNua Hospitality on its acquisition of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone and its acquisition of the Hillgrove Hotel,Co. Monaghan.
  • Advised on the sale of a property with an investment lease in favour of McDonalds Restaurants located in a prime Cork City Centre location.
