  • Advised in site acquisitions, forward sale development agreements, financing, letting sector, asset management, and asset disposals for Mahon Point Shopping Centre. Located in Cork, a 250,000sq ft, €230 million shopping centre with 63 retail units, three restaurants, six additional food outlets and an 11-screen Omniplex cinema.
  • Acted in site acquisition, assembly, development and funding agreements, letting solicitor, asset management and structures, and financing for Opera Lane. Located in Cork City, a 200,00sq ft. €500 million retail and residential space.
  • Advised on the development and leasing of Mahon Point Retail Park, a 160,000sq ft. retail park located in Cork.
  • Advised on office and retail development agreements for Half Moon Street, a 22,000sq ft. €100m office and retail space in Cork City.
  • Advised in development agreements, anchor development agreements, and letting solicitor for Liffey Valley, a 160 acre development in West Dublin comprising of large shopping centre, two retail parks and office buildings.
  • Advised on the development and leasing of Arthurs Quay Shopping Centre and multi-storey car park located in the centre of Limerick City.
  • Acted in the sale of Douglas Shopping Centre.
