Team members have quarterly check ins with their team leads, to discuss overall wellbeing, key achievements and upcoming objectives, supports needed and individual professional development.
Path to Partner: 75% of our current partners started as solicitors in RDJ. For fee earners, a defined career development pathway defines the knowledge, skills and behaviours required at different levels from Associate to Partner. Our training programmes are designed to continuously support your development, ongoing career progression and longer-term goals.
