Health Care Informed (HCI) attracts significant investment from Erisbeg

RDJ advised the shareholders of Health Care Informed (HCI), Ireland’s leading healthcare quality management and patient safety services company, on its acquisition by Erisbeg. The deal is designed to support HCI’s continued growth and expansion both in Ireland and international markets.

Based in Galway and Dublin, HCI is the largest provider of patient safety, quality improvement and regulatory compliance support to hospitals, residential care and community services in Ireland.

Dublin-based private equity firm Erisbeg, is a growth capital investor, focused on high performing service businesses with international growth potential.
