I Wish

RDJ is delighted to support I Wish, a fantastic initiative to inspire young women to consider careers in STEM and in this way ensure young women are best placed to participate fully in the economies of the future.

From an idea hatched over 7 years ago by RDJ Corporate Partner Gillian Keating and Caroline O’Driscoll, IWish has grown into an annual global event that inspires thousands of female students to consider careers in STEM

To date over 50,000 girls from 21 countries have attended our I Wish (inspiring women in Stem) events.
