Under his leadership, RDJ has seen its Dublin office grow from six to sixty people in a few years, became the first Irish law firm to become a Certified B Corporation and recently partnered with the Law Society of Ireland in an innovative mental health and wellbeing programme, Well within the Law, to address the mental wellbeing challenge facing professionals in the legal sector.
