Paschal Donohoe extends VAT cut on apartment sales to forward-funding deals

RDJ Tax Partner John Cuddigan welcomes the recent move by Minister for Finance Paschal Donohoe to extend VAT cuts on apartment sales to forward-funding deals in this Irish Times article by Eoin Burke-Kennedy. 

In his commentary, John says the changes are “sensible and recognise the usual varied methodology of delivery of apartments to the private and public sectors.”
