RDJ advises ESP on its sale to Accenture
RDJ advised Cork life sciences company, Enterprise Systems Partners (ESP) on its acquisition by consulting giant Accenture (NYSE: ACN)
Founded in 2003, ESP provides consulting and support services for manufacturing operations in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices. It currently services 17 of the top 20 global pharmaceutical and biotech companies from offices in Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, Turkey and the United States. ESP will become part of Accenture Industry X.0, which helps clients master the digital reinvention of industry, strengthening Accenture’s capabilities to transform manufacturing for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients globally.
RDJ’s deal team was led by corporate partner Gillian Keating and included support from the firm’s banking, tax, employment and property teams.
