RDJ has announced a commitment to support the planting of 620 native Irish trees in partnership with HomeTree and Irish Trees, as part of the firm’s wider sustainability programme.

This initiative isn’t just about planting trees,” said Tom Noonan, Chief Operations Officer at RDJ. “It’s about restoring native woodland, supporting biodiversity, and making a lasting contribution to nature restoration for future generations.”

The tree-planting commitment is part of RDJ’s broader sustainability strategy. RDJ has set a net zero target for 2040 and is progressing actions across the firm—from energy efficiency upgrades and responsible waste management to digital transformation. In 2025, RDJ reduced paper consumption across the firm by 20% compared to the 2024 baseline, as part of a firm-wide initiative to minimise paper usage over a 12-month period. Looking ahead, RDJ aims to become a fully digital firm by 2030, continuing to invest in technology and practices that reduce paper dependency.

Earlier this year, RDJ achieved B Corp certification, reflecting its commitment to balancing purpose and profit and advancing its sustainability journey.
