RDJ Lawyers Recognised in Business Post Legal 100 2025
RDJ is proud to announce that two of our outstanding lawyers have been recognised in the prestigious Business Post Legal 100 2025, compiled by Catherine Sanz, Legal Affairs Editor for the Business Post, with input from C-suite executives, in-house counsel, and other legal industry sources. Finola McCarthy – Construction and Energy
Finola McCarthy leads RDJ’s procurement and construction teams, advising on major construction and engineering projects across both public and private sectors. Her expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from initial procurement through to dispute resolution. Finola is widely respected for her work with local authorities and public bodies, and her recent projects include advising Trinity College Dublin on the MetroLink environmental impact assessment, Bons Secours on a new hospital in Limerick, University of Galway on the N6 Ring Road, and Cork County Council on social housing schemes. She is described by clients as having “a wealth of experience and a wonderfully calm demeanour, no matter what the context.”
Lisa Mansfield – Rising Star
Lisa Mansfield was appointed partner at RDJ in January 2025, following several years of high-profile work in litigation and insurance. She specialises in professional indemnity cases and inter-company disputes, and is recognised for her clarity, organisation, and communication style. Lisa has advised on complex property disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract, injunctions, and insolvency matters, and previously served as a special legal consultant to IBRC, working with liquidators on legacy litigation. Her nomination as a Rising Star reflects her growing influence and reputation in the legal profession
