Introduction

About the role

This role will support the Healthcare team, responsibilities will involve providing full general secretarial support including but not limited to:

  • Digital audio typing
  • Court administration: Preparation of court documents, pleadings and briefs; liaising with Counsel
  • Document management
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, answering the phone, making appointments and liaising with clients
  • Opening, closing and maintaining files
  • Other duties as may arise depending on the workload across the Cork office

Background and Experience

  • Full training will be provided but ideally applicants would have a minimum of two years legal secretarial experience and knowledge of the Court systems and ways of working
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Medical background would be advantageous
