Angie Wills

Angie is RDJ’s Knowledge Lawyer. With 12 years’ experience as an in-house lawyer in UK law firms, Angie is responsible for all aspects of knowledge building and sharing at RDJ. Her role focuses on driving efficiencies for the firm by bridging the gap between legal expertise and operational factors. Angie works closely with RDJ’s partners, lawyers and in-house teams to ensure the firm stays up to date and current, and that its collective knowledge is captured and shared within the firm.

Prior to joining RDJ, Angie held the position of senior financial crime lawyer in the Legal and Risk team of a UK magic circle law firm, where she advised the firm's lawyers on regulatory and commercial risks. She developed and maintained the firm’s financial crime policies, procedures and controls, provided regular training to lawyers, and ensured that new business aligned with these policies and the firm's risk appetite.
