Brian Quinn

Brian is a Partner, practising as part of the firm’s Banking and Finance team. He advises both Irish and international financial institutions and borrowers in relation to a large range of domestic and cross-border corporate finance transactions including leveraged acquisition finance, development finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, senior and mezzanine financing and capital markets transactions. Brian strives to achieve the best outcome for his clients by partnering with them to find simple solutions to complex problems.

Before joining RDJ, Brian qualified into the banking and finance group of another top-tier Irish law firm in 2013, Brian spent a number of years working in the leveraged finance team of the London office of a leading US law firm before returning to Ireland.
