Deborah is a Senior Associate, practising on the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, specialising in litigation defence work claims to include defence of property damage, material damage and personal injury (motor injury, employers’ liability and public liability) claims.
Prior to joining RDJ, Deborah worked with the Injuries Board, predominantly in the area of quantum/awards. Deborah has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants and has gained practical experience in all aspects of litigation procedure.
