Deborah Griffin

Senior Associate, Cork Office

Deborah is a Senior Associate, practising on the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, specialising in litigation defence work. Her personal injuries case portfolio includes claims in respect of motor injury, employers’ liability (physical injury as well as bullying & harassment/workplace stress), public liability and also medical malpractice in the area of aesthetic treatments.

Deborah is also a member of RDJ’s Education team, providing advices to Boards of Management and Principals in both primary and second level settings on a range of issues including child protection, parental complaints, grievances, liability claims, enrolment issues etc.

Prior to joining RDJ, she worked with the Injuries Board, in the area of quantum/awards. Over the years, she has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants and has a wealth of practical experience in all aspects of litigation procedure.
