Brian Morrissey

Partner, Cork Office

Brian is a Partner, practising as part of the Dispute Resolution team. He has extensive experience in defence litigation, handling a diverse portfolio of cases primarily in the Circuit and High Court. Brian advises insurance companies and self-insured multinational companies in the area of personal injury litigation, product liability and material damage claims.

He has extensive experience in defending high value major loss claims in the High Court, dealing with a wide range of expert witnesses based both in Ireland and the UK in defending these claims.

Brian also has experience in defending fraudulent and exaggerated claims and dealing with Special Investigation Teams in various insurance companies.
